Over the weekend, Mom, Bean and I took a road trip to peruse the antiques in Round Top, Texas. While Bean was not much of a shopper, he loved taking pictures in the bluebonnets!

bible study girls (kelly, hannah, and lindsey and all the other tuesday night ladies), pumpkin scones from alice's tea cup,

annual birds of prey/falcon fest in central park, and just lounging around and playing instruments in sheep's meadow until the sun sets.
Bean, I think you should try the ukulele; Pet would probably prefer the tambourine.

Being back in Texas, Bean is reminded of funny little things he can't find in the big city. Let's just hope he washed the salty tortilla chip residue off his fingers before he tries to pet his new friend.

Bean also makes sure Pet eats well.
And if Pet is taught by Bean, he will end up very well rounded.

Bean always complains about it being too cold and Pet loves sitting on high places. I think they're going to make a good team.

Bean is super at giving Pet baths and washing behind Pet's ears. Now if only I could get him to wash himself as good.

You may not know, but Bean has a pet. It's a sheep. And Bean named him "Pet".

This is a picture of Bean and Pet when we went to the animal shelter and found Pet. Pet's a little shy and scared here. But Bean is busting with joy.
