Bean and I are going to do some manual labor on a ranch today. Hopefully, we'll both be getting a good workout and a little more muscle mass!

And when Bean gets tired from all the work, it helps him to know that even the King works on buildings, too.

a plethora of pools

The facts show that the number of pools per square foot in Houston is sufficiently higher than the number of pools per square foot in NYC. Therefore, given the increased chances of being in the vicinity of one and dressed in the appropriate garments, Bean and I must prepare accordingly.

Bean, if you ain't sweatin', you ain't workin'! Lift that leg higher!

a precautionary tale

Bean is doing a great job of making sure he and his swine stay healthy during this pandemic. They do things like wash their hands, cough into their sleeves, and get plenty of vegetables.

Bean, how about we clean piggy out after you fill him with his veggies? He might start attracting bugs if we don't and that is not healthy.

don't wade in the water

Don't you even think about taking those galoshes off, Bean. When the streets flood, sewer water mixes in with rain water, so you keep those boots on your feet.

















*The flood waters are pretty much gone but it just kills me to see news footage of parents letting their kids play around in the water on the street. Don't they know that is sewer water with tons of bacteria!

car toys

Bean, don't use all my nice Bath & Body Works hand sanitizer. You know we need that for our bi-weekly trips to thrift stores.

the dangers of seat belts

Bean likes to do a lot of things in the car...
Like pretend the seat belt is strangling him. He can do that all he wants, I'm still making him wear it.

back in the habit

Bean is getting back to praying for David because David's having surgery in his head tomorrow. And David, Bean says you can borrow his favorite pillow to make your sleepy time more comfy. It's a heart with arms and fingers on it and it gives you hugs all the time!

he's packing

Bean packed my lunch this morning.
He's been known to pack items such as this and that.
He's very heath conscious.

pray pray

Bean has a dear friend, David, that has to go to the doctor's for a long time tomorrow. So Bean is going to pray for him all day long, and think about him, and tell other people to pray for him, and hug David's mommy in his mind because he can't do it in person.

And then Bean is going to pray that David gets a pretty bandaid (with The Incredibles on it or the ones that look like bacon) and a great big lollipop to share with him.

I don't think it was all the wings, I think it was all the bleu cheeses. Ok, and maybe the wings, too.

croak throat

Bean doesn't want to go to work; he says he has a froggy in his throat and that his froggy needs more of these to go away.

Bean's been getting into yoga for a more toned look.

I still like to turn to this guy for that.

Bean didn't get any paper cuts but he did find, as he put it, my "secret pink sticker stash".
